Here are some projects we are proud to have completed.

 Walmart Supercenter is located in the Rocklin Crossings shopping center. This was all new construction.
Scope: CMU buildings, membrane systems, waterproofing.    

Green Acres Nursery & Supply has extensive outdoor plant displays and supply assorted plant material.
Scope: Sealants and waterproofing for the extensive wet nature of the products they sell.  

California State Capitol, Sacramento needed the steps and the golden seals repaired and refurbished.
Scope: sealants, joint caulking, sidewalk and entry repair.   

William Jessup University, Rocklin new dorms were constructed with modern style patios, walkways and decks.
Scope: Membrane systems, waterproofing, caulking and sealants 

 

This is our work in progress of fluid applied air barriers to exterior building walls at Bayshore Elementary School in Daly City, California. The material applied was Sikagard 530.  This air barrier was approximently 35,000 square feet and the below grade waterproofing was about 5,000 square feet.  Learn more.

 

Examples of special projects that required creative planning for a successful execution.

Intricate waterproofing of beams at William Jessup University- This complete membrane system around each metal strip into a stucco wall created the perfect weather barrier for the wood beams inside.   

 ARC was asked to blend the stone and aquarium glass together with an intricate architectural caulking.  The massive aquarium inside Bass Pro Shops located in Rocklin Crossings is a show piece for the store.  It contains 16,000 gallons of water and a variety of fish species.  

Extensive waterproofing for decks, resident courtyard with lounge area, BBQ, communal table, fire pit, & a pet washing area at 16 Powerhouse – 50 luxurious rental apartments, 4 local businesses & private parking all located in a highly desirable part of Midtown Sacramento along the 16th St corridor.  

Rombauer Winery asked ARC to install architectural caulking in the wine barrel caves to keep the moisture out.
