Dave Campbell, Senior Project Manager
Dave Campbell is a Senior Project Manager at American River Caulking since 2014. His experience spans industries from print to healthcare services to construction where he worked his way up to a Vice President level. At ARC, Dave is responsible for overall operations of project management, scheduling, personnel, material management, bid management and monthly billing.
In Dave’s daily ARC routine, nothing is routine. Each project creates a different set of challenges that need to be resolved in a timely professional manner. Dave is especially skilled at keeping in constant communication with crews and general contractors which he believes is the key to a project running smoothly which is how he helps to maintain ARC’s stellar reputation in the industry.
Jeff Shaffer, Senior Project Manager
Jeff Shaffer is a Senior Project Manager at American River Caulking. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at Sacramento State University, Jeff worked in general construction, building and climbing cell phone towers. He developed his expertise as a project manager with a commercial lighting and maintenance company.
In 2016, Jeff joined ARC as a project manager working in the day to day operations, managing daily production with the field crews and scheduling projects. He oversees project submittals and materials ensuring that the project is moving forward smoothly at every phase.
Jeff is a problem solver and skilled at managing the day to day chaos of multiple projects, while simultaneously keeping clients on schedule and delivering the quality they have come to expect from ARC.
Jon S. Colon, Assistant Project Manager
Jon S. Colon is the Assistant Project Manager at American River Caulking. After studying geology at Cal Lutheran College and business at CSU Chio, he established himself in the construction industry becoming a member of the union of carpenters in Oregon for over 20 years.
When he moved back to California, he expanded his business experience owning a restaurant for 12 years requiring him to wear multiple hats juggling a variety of responsibilities which is why project management fits his skill set so perfectly. Jon’s expertise in client service and his pride in his work make him a key player to depend upon.
