Large scale air barrier and water proofing projects are our specialty.
The Bayshore Elementary School project was an exceptionally challenging one and a good example of why we are awarded with jobs of this magnitude. We faced coastal weather and a fast paced schedule.

Bayshore Elementary School’s air barrier was approximently 35,000 square feet and the below grade waterproofing was about 5,000 square feet.
Additionally our crew was working around scaffolding and off of man lifts to complete the air barrier. We maintain our professionalism at all times by working with other trades to make sure the substrate was ready for us to apply our product.
We applied Sikagard 530, a spray-able air barrier to the exterior walls of a (3) story Elementary School. We used Bituthene 4000 and Preprufe sheet membranes for below grade waterproofing at both site and building walls. We also caulked CMU expansion joints and sidewalk expansion joints using Sikaflex Polyurethane.
We completed the Bayshore Elementary School project on time and under budget.
This project was big. Take a look at this video to see the scope.
A special thank you to Landmark Construction and BCA Architects for allowing us to share the video.
